Comforts of tidy guest room with modern decor were fabulous. Central heating and a work desk were a very nice touch. The convenient location close to a bus station was just what I needed. I didn't want to leave and would book here again.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Liverpool called Botanic Rooms. My stay was for a few nights, as I needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area. The recently refurbished house had a really nice room that was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was welcoming and the owner was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, situated on a quiet road with a park opposite. It was easy to get to the center of town either by Uber or bus, and the good WiFi made it convenient for staying connected. it was great value for money and I would definitely book again if I visit Liverpool in the future.

The location was great, with easy access to public transport and free parking. The staff were friendly and gave helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat. Plus, there was a lovely view of the park from the room.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows provided were thin and insufficient. The bathroom walls were very thin, resulting in a lack of privacy and being able to hear everything.
